Our 17 comfort parking spots in our very own garage can’t be reserved. We recommend to reach the hotel over “Bohlendamm”. If our parking garage should be fully occupied at your arrival, we will happily store your luggage and guide you to the public parking houses next to the hotel.

We offer our excellent breakfast buffet from Monday until Friday from 6.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m..
On Saturday, Sunday and public holiday, our breakfast is from 7.00 a.m. until 11.00 a.m..
You need to depart earlier? No worries! We provide you with a lunch package (please make a pre-order at the evening before your departure).
Our gorgeous breakfast buffet is open for external guests. Please register them at the reception desk in advance!
By foot, the hotel can be reached in 10 minutes.
Our reception ist staffed 24 hours. Check-in time is starting 2 p.m..
We would be pleased to store your luggage if your room is not ready at your arrival.
Check-Out is from Monday until Saturday until 11 a.m., on Sunday even until 12.00 a.m.!
We would be pleased to store your luggage after check-out for a few hours.
Dogs are allowed in our hotel, if pre-registered. We charge a fee of 16 € per dog and day. (For longer stays or more dogs, we offer for direct bookings a special arrangement.)
Other pets are not allowed.
A free welcome drink is in the room on your arrival (1 bottle of 0,25 l water per person).
In our lobby and in the 4th floor are vending machines, offering lots of drinks and snacks.
We have standard baby beds (60 x 120 cm) and baby high chairs without fee.
Please inform us in advance so everything is prepared at your arrival.
Please note: cancellations can only be made during the same booking channel you have used for the booking.
If you have booked on our very own homepage or with our staff, please send us a short mail with guest name(s) and arrival date(s). We will respond as soon as possible.

Lost properties will be send as soon as possible by DHL (with costs).
We offer free parking for your bikes, either on our hotel property, in our parking garage or locked in a cellar room.
Please inform us in advance how many bikes you are bringing and if they should be locked in the cellar room.
